"This hotel has an air of neglect from the minute you walk in, we were ignored by the two reception staff until I made a point of saying we had a reservation. They then gave us a room on the first floor which smelled strongly of smoke, we asked for another and we’re given another one. The internet is dreadful, the swimming area needs attention as the two jacuzzis are out of action and have wires and pipes protruding. The lockers in the pool area have no keys and only women permitted between 10-5...
