Krásná poloha, ale je co zlepšovat

Hotel má velice krásnou polohu na kopci. Výhledů jsem se nemohla nabažit, z každé strany je k vidění něco zajímavého: rozhledny, město, letiště. Opravdu hezké místo. Pokoje čisté a pěkné, já měla balkon a ten byl také fajn. Personál jsem zažila dvě směny. Jedna byla profi fajn, ale druhá nic moc. Unylá slečna na snídani a paní recepční, co v pracovní době učí žáky cizí jazyk či co a když ho neučí, tak si povídá s unylou slečnou, že už jsem na snídaní dost dlouho a že snad už půjdu. To by se stávat nemělo a když ano, tak si dám aspoň pozor, ať mě nikdo neslyší. Navíc snídaně, tedy teplý bufet na snídani, byl studený. Kdyby se unylá slečna věnovala bufetu a ne drbání, mohlo být vše fajn. Z jídelního lístku jsem ochutnala tři jídla a byla velmi dobrá. Jinak jsem byla opravdu spokojená. Jen počasí mi nevyšlo. V sobotu, když jsem přijela bylo nádherně, jenže se tam konala svatba a krásná terasa a velkými šachy byla pro hosty uzavřena, mohli tam jen svatebčané a pak už jen pršelo a tak jsem na ní nakonec ani nebyla.

Ein- und Auschecken war in deutsch und englisch möglich. Unser Appartment war sehr großzügig bemessen und bereits gut beheizt, was wir angesichts der kühlen Oktobertage als sehr angenehm empfanden. Es war alles da, was man sich wünschen kann: Ein sehr großes Bad mit moderner Ausstattung. 2 Großbildfernseher, auf denen auch deutsche Programme empfangbar waren. Ein gut funktionierendes WLan mit Access Point im Appartment. Dieses Appartment eignet sich auch hervorragend für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage des Hotels ist märchenhaft schön und ruhig. Vom in Sichtweite gelegenen Airport Karlovy Vary geht keine Beeinträchtigung aus. Während des ganzen Abends landete genau 1 kleine Maschine und startete kurz darauf wieder. Wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen in den Betten, die uns weder zu hart noch zu weich erschienen. Das Appartment war sehr sauber gereinigt. Am Frühstücksbuffett war alles da, was man sich für einen guten Start in den Tag wünscht. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und ein paar Tage bleiben, und dann auch im Hotelrestaurant zu speisen. Dazu hatten wir bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt leider keine Gelegenheit.

A great family hotel!

This hotel had exceptional service and amenities. The room had great views of the surrounding hills and Karlove Vary Spas. For a family the rooms were large and separated and contained a separate kids sleeping area. The restaurant had great service and food. Recommend staying here with family and we wish we had more time to stay!

dobrá poloha nad městem

Dobré matrace, dobrá snídaně, dobré jídlo v restauraci. Klidné místo s krásným výhledem na Karlovy Vary. Personál občas nezkušený, ale vstřícný s dobrou vůlí vše vyřešit. Byli jsme spokojeni, dobrý poměr kvalita/cena.

Would love to stay again

We enjoyed our stay here while in Karlovy Vary. It was a good base for us as we were going to visit Loket Castle (25 minutes away) and then head to Prague. The check in process was fast and friendly. We stayed on the 3rd floor with one double bed and 2 twin beds. Space was big and spacious with fridge, a balcony off the bedroom, reliable internet, and roomy bathroom. My kids loved the big chess board on the lawn and the playground. It really is a nice setting for families with pretty views! Great value for the price with free wifi, free parking, and free breakfast. Only disadvantages: no a/c, no liner on bathroom garbage can, and there was one slat on the bathroom blind that was broken. Not a big deal to us and we would love to come back!

Bijna een 10

2e verblijf in dit hotel. Prachtige kamer met mooi uitzicht. Aparte slaapkamer en kamer met slaapbank en slaapgedeelte in de toren. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. Lekker ontbijtbuffet.

Bikers passing through

Classic hotel near the airport, with an impressive guest book stretching as far back as the 60' ties. Great sourounding views, and nice room. Breakfast was tasty and the staff friendly. A bit far from the city centre, if you're into socializing. Recommended for bikers looking for a relaxed stay.

Schönes Hotel mit super Aussicht über Karlsbad

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, alles hat super gepasst. Hatten ein 2-Zimmer Appartament für 3 Tage. Das Appartament war sauber, modern eingerichtet, in jedem Zimmer gab es einen Fernseher. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Obstplatte. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert: gutes Essen und vor allem sehr freundlichen Bedienung. Der Flughafen in der Nähe verursacht keine Lärmbelästigung, da nur 2 Flugzeuge pro Tag dort landen... Nach Karlsbad sind es nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto (je nach Route).

Amazing location!

This is an amazing place, if you want to escape the turism in the city. The Hotel have some nice bikes, you can rent one way to the city for 100 koruna, throughout the forest. Taxi back is 300 Koruna.

Charmant

Situé à l'écart, au milieu des arbres, l'hôtel est enchanteur. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, le buffet du petit déjeuner très fourni, propose un choix varié, les chambres spacieuses. Par contre il faut une voiture pour s'y rendre.

Abseits und modern!

Sehr schoene Lage, leise, sehr gute Ausstattung und angehmes Service. Wir waren im Winter in dem Hotel und an dem Tag die einzigen Gaeste. Das Zimmer war geraumig, geschmackvoll ausgestattet und sauber. Es war leise und die Eigentuemer haben sogar an nette Jazz Musik zum Fruehstueck gedacht. :)

Dificil de localizar

El lugar es difícil de encontrar, incluso con el GPS porque la dirección que dan es la del pueblo y el camping está cerca del aerodromo. Imprescindible coche. Nos alojamos en los Bungalows que están mal aislados y son muy básicos. Pero fue la opción más económica que encontramos. Para una noche de verano es soportable.

Einfache Unterkunft

Wir waren in den dazugehörenden Camping-Hütten. Leider waren diese schon sehr verlebt. Es wäre angebracht diese wieder einmal zu renovieren. Die Lage ist super. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick nach Karlsbad. Das Restaurant zum Hotel war in Preis und Leistung sehr gut.
