Nice and clean hotel. We had a moisture problem in the room and they solved it immediately. Very responsive and quick service. The half board selection is not quite good though. You eat from the same menu every single night which becomes boring after some time. I would prefer some sort of credit so that we can go to different restaurants and eat from different menus. If you can eat outside, I would go for only breakfast included option. Pool is big and clean, Very good spa and massage options. Although it is 2 min walking distance, Hotel does not have beach front access. Great beach though. I would definitely go again to this Hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our young family-the pool, room, amenities and staff were amazing. The breakfast every morning was superb. We enjoyed that there were dining options, excursions and beach nearby too. The spa was also fantastic. Our son loved the kids club too. Very detailed and thoughtful service all around. The one downside was no lifeguard at the pool despite lots of children. One father was showing their children how to dive in the shallow water and there was an incident prior to us arriving. The size, layout and numbers should expect a life guard at an international hotel chain like Accor.

Our stay was ok. The staff were really lovely but unfortunately we had cold water our entire stay. We also had to queue for the breakfast buffet. There was also a closed section of sunbeds for our entire stay. Our room was lovely and clean, and when we complained about the cold water we were kindly gifted a lovely meal and credit to use. Overall it was ok but unfortunately we won’t be back.

The property is lovely and the rooms and infinite pool are excellent. The downside is the rates for dining, drinks and even happy hour which are all inconsistent with the local economy and value. I felt on occasion at the bar and in the restaurant there was a money grab. This was extremely disappointing as everything else was superb.

Near the beach. Beautiful pool and a quiet location. Out of 4 nights, our room wasn't cleaned one day and 2 of the other 3, housekeeping took our towels and did leave fresh ones. The staff, like most Thais were friendly and helpful.

Overall the stay was ok but we found the food menu offer for half-board quite limited, after suffer food posining eating outside the hotel the food in the hotel is quite limited with no fish or meat offer apart from chicken. If you are happy to pay extra then yes you can get options, the drinks were quite priced as well for what we are use too. Another problem is the sun beds, there is quite a mini war to get a pair when you look for it, good luck on the hunt...

Lovely modern and artistic/ somewhat Arabic themed hotel located 4 min walk to beach. Amazing pool with swim up bar . Decent breakfast spread. Got premium room with whirlpool on one of the balconies. Very nice, worked well good ac , good lighting options. Decent double shower room. large gym, two restaurants- breakfast was good. Staff very 5star especially ‘Milk’.

Very nice facilities with great pool, front desk and bell desk staff were very polite and helpful. Car parking was convenient and close to lots of good restaurants and night markets nearby. The beach was just a few min walk away. Housekeeping a little strange, didn’t provide additional toothpaste even though we stayed for three nights and used up the small packet. Also took away the additional blanket we asked for. Having said that, the room was beautiful and we love the whirlpool and washroom with two shower heads. When we asked for lower pillows and an extra blanket, the staff came by quickly. Overall it’s a great choice at Karon Beach.

We had an incredible stay at this resort! Everything was so clean, and the amazing restaurants were a highlight—especially the Tomahawk steak we had for our anniversary, which was perfection and big enough to share with our kids. The pool was fantastic, and room service was on point. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s a great place to stay with kids, and the spa experience was really relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for a family getaway!

This is an older style hotel. The room is large and very comfortable bedding. The staff are amazing, especially Kyler who was ready to answer any questions. The breakfast is plentiful with masses of choices, including fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel has one large pool with a swim up bar, this area is the only outside sitting area. It would have been nice to have had a cafe area or other area to sit and relax. The location is situated between Karon and Kata, both are walkable, although a tuktuk is a better option given the heat. The beach is also a short walk away across the road. It’s rated 5 Star but feels more like a 4 Star hotel. Given the staff and comfortable room I would stay here again.
