It’s a big property, but the villa suite we stayed at was quite old. The door handle to the deck was rusty and came off multiple times, hard to even open and close. Shower had black spots on walls. Amenities were dated. Overall we expected a little more for 5 start resort but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Been before. fantastic location Had a penthouse with the plunge pool big room facilities incl multi pools good can’t beat location in the heart of Karon beach across the road. Staff at mint bar front fantastic went nearly every night. House keeper very good. Would go again.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. During the stay we had no issues at all. We had all our needs attended to very quickly from room service to baggage collection at checkout

Outstanding hotel, staff are lovely so kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing so much choice and breakfast staff were attentive always happy to help. Rooms spacious and clean. This really is a beautiful hotel would highly recommend. Will certainly be coming back.

The property is beautiful. Like a lush jungle alongside a beach with so much to do. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I had a 1bdr penthouse villa and it was beautiful and spacious with a mini bar that had soft drinks and beer for purchase.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind, attentive and helpful. The rooms were super clean and the restaurant offered great variety. However, I booked this hotel thinking I would have access to the infinity pool pictured on the profile but, it turns out that is only for residence who live in the condos of the hotel, so this was a bit misleading. Every thing else was great.

We invited our Thai friend who is fighting cancer to stay with us.We booked a room for her. Staff refused for her access the hotel application and stated she doesn’t need it. The application is how the room service. Disappointed with the staff.

Hotel is nice and clean but need some updates, the shower was not working properly.. could not get warm water, was either too hot or just cold. My friends air conditioning stop working suddenly. I end up loosing mysteriously my prescription glasses in the room. I never took them out of the room. Be very careful with personable values.

Really enjoyed my stay at Paradox, the staff are really nice and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and nice and close to the beach...with the size of the place it was still peaceful and quiet, the Coconut pool always had a free lounger and again was nice and quiet...breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, and offered different dishes every day...the place uses an app to keep you informed of various activities going on which was really great, would absolutely stay here again...
