"Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to restaurants and bars. Family oriented with happenings for kids. Good pool areas for both kids and grownups with a small waterpark/play area in two of the pools and a bar in another. Watertoys to use for the kids. Good food and drinks. The hill to and from the hotel isn’t too bad. It’s quite short and looks worse than it is. You can use the hotels buses to and from the Kata beach for free. I think they leave every twenty minutes. We would stay here...

"A beautifully kept hotel in a great location. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were large with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection with good seating. The pool area is a good size with no issues with getting a bed during our stay as people didn’t tend to stay there all day.
