Good pool areas for both kids and grownups with a small waterpark/play area in two of the pools and a bar in another. Watertoys to use for the kids. Good food and drinks. The hill to and from the hotel isn’t too bad. It’s quite short and looks worse than it is. You can use the hotels buses to and from the Kata beach for free. I think they leave every twenty minutes. "This place was amazing! The lobby and the room were so beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They knew we would miss breakfast one day, so they made us breakfast boxes to go. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options. We also ordered dinner twice from the hotel restaurant and both times they were so delicious. I will recommend this place to everyone! "

"The swim up pool was great, but whole kata area is really crowded and you need to get through busy street to get to the beach. As cleanness goes Kids Club was quite dirty and baby chair saw better time so paint was peeling off. Otherwise room and pools were nice and clean. One another issue was door to pool did not close properly and was probably open for long before we came since when we arrived room was already full of mosquitoes "

"One of the nicest places I’ve stayed! Staff were so friendly and always loved helping guests. Rooms were cleaned daily, very thorough clean. "We found our stay good value for the money we paid. Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, the bed was big and comfortable and the shower reasonably powerful although not always hot but we don’t require that as we prefer cool showers. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the biggest but it was more than sufficient with fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs any style you like as well as the usual European and Thai preferences. We’d stay again so probably cant give a better review than that. "
