"I found the lack of power points a bit frustrating. I travel for work and use my laptop to produce reports and the only power point available was at the other end of the room from where the table and chairs were located. Not conducive for business travel if you need to plug in for power. On the bright side, the staff at reception and the restaurant were very friendly. The meal was served quickly and had a generous portion."

"We stayed at the Rydges for the weekend, and found it to be a great hotel, with modern facilities and large rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet and dark. Perfect for that sleep in. About the only downside is the location. It is a bit of a drive from the centre of town and doesn’t have any restaurants or pubs near by. It is a $15 taxi ride from the heart of Kalgoorlie to the Rydges, so not too bad. The staff were very friendly and efficient, although the reception was unmanned...

"Beware of this property listing! They fooled me for the money. It is an old ruin, completely deserted, filthy rooms with no even a single person living or take caring. Owener din't even had courage to face so attended my calls hiding in the cafe next to property. Please remove this listing as it is a completely unsafe place to be. I would also want my refund as I did not stayed there for this reason."
