Das Hotel hat aufgrund seiner Geschichte einen ausgezeichneten Ruf. Wir haben bereits mehrfach hier übernachtet. Die Aussicht am Abend ist wirklich beeindruckend. Leider wurde unser Gepäck nicht entgegengenommen, und die Zimmer waren ziemlich staubig. Während des Ramadan wurde jedoch immer ein schönes Sahur-Teller vorbereitet und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel bleibt es eines der besten Hotels in der Gegend.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer beeindruckenden Geschichte! Die Lage ist fantastisch – sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Kars Festung (Kars Kalesi) entfernt. Ideal für alle, die die Stadt erkunden und gleichzeitig in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre entspannen möchten. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in Kars.

Tolles, großes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick über die Stadt. Die Angestellten dürften etwas offener sein. Frühstücksbuffet war klasse. Kurze Wege ins Stadzentrum mit netten Restaurants.

Otelin konumu güzel merkezi. Etrafta yemek ve kahve yerleri mevcut. Tarihi bina olduğu için hoş bir atmosferi var. Oda genel anlamda soğuktu. İlk gece klimanın otomatik açılacağını düşünmüştük. Ama açılması için bildirmemiz gerekiyormuş. Gece 5-10 dereceyken klimaların açılması için bildirmemiz mantıksız bir hareket. Kahvaltı yetersizdi. Kahvaltı tabağı olarak geldi. 2 çeşit peynir, 3 adet siyah 3 adet yeşil zeytin, 2 dilim domates ve salatalık tamamen yetersiz. Otel müşterisi olmayıp sadece kahvaltıya gelenlere serpme kahvaltı olarak sigara böreği, patates kızartması vs zengin bir menü geliyordu.
