"We loved staying at this castle! There is so much history there and lots to be explored. We were there off-season and it seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves. Our room was beautiful and clean, and there were lots of choices on the breakfast they presented us. I would highly recommend this castle if you like historic properties. "Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality. "
