"Truly, a lovely little gem nestled among some very high priced options. Staff were very friendly. There was a slight issue with our reservation on the booking agency side which they rectified immediately with no additional cost to us. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with the most comfortable bed on our 21 day South African, Botswana and Zimbabwe trip. Huge bathrooms."

"Lovely place, with beautiful reception area, you see that it has been grand. However you also see that the hotel overall is old and in need of renovation. the pool needed cleaning (but that was general for all our stays in Botswana) and the bar at the pool was closed in the afternoon!! They was 2 girls but the answer was closed!! Luckily a young man came by and he accommodated us (we saw that he walked to the other bar to get our orders) We had a massage all 3 and it was really good."

"Lovely affordable BNB stay in Kazungula. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done. Staff is local, friendly, and hospitable! I recommend calling the Inn for driving directions because the Google Maps directions were on a more difficult untarred road. As the staff will tell you, most of the drive is on a tarred road and the end of it is untarred in good condition, I drove a 2 wheel drive vehicle with no problem. There is a secure gate for your vehicle. It is a 15 minute drive from town shops/Kasane. I recommend and will stay again! Thank you Lesego. "

Aside from the awesome staff, the best part are the activities offered. On the morning game drive we saw lions, leopards, zebras, and much more. The late afternoon river cruises were relaxing and exciting at the same time, with great views of hippos, crocs, and of course, lots of elephants. I strongly recommend staying here and taking advantage of the wonderful property and activities."

"The garden surrounds and leafy setting around the accommodation were lovely. The soft furnishings in the restaurant areas were tired and a bit grubby. Dinner and breakfast was uninspiring with ordinary presentation. We found a restaurant in town that served much better food. We stayed in a glamping tent, which was fine. Suggest that the tents need a mirror in the bathroom and a bedside table. Towel racks or hooks in the bathroom would have enabled towels to dry. Staff were attentive and friendly. "
