I love the Disney and train station free shuttle bus which just so convenient. Will definitely come back to Hyatt if coming back to Japan."

"Since this was my first trip to Japan, I strove to get the lay of the land by staying close to the airport until I could get my bearings. Also, after reading others’ reviews, I made a good choice. The property was close to the airport, which was a plus for me; after a long 14-hour plus an hour-long customs line, I just wanted to get to my room to shower, change, eat a little something, and rest. This hotel provided just that. The room provided all the comforts of home, from the bedding to the bathroom, along with a great view. The check-in process was convenient and easy. Of course, I thought I would struggle with the translation, but even that went well. All the staff were so nice and welcoming. I would stay at this location again before venturing to other areas of Japan by train, bus, or monorail."

"We loved that the Hotel was close to the train station; about a 5 minute walk. Family Mart located right next to the property. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again. "
