"Die Wohnung ist relativ abgewohnt und mit ein paar Möbeln und Farbe etwas aufgehübscht worden. Zustand und Geräumigkeit entsprechen nicht dem was die Bilder versprechen. Lage und Kommunikation mit der Agentur waren super! Betten und Handtücher waren sauber, die Wohnung an sich nicht so wirklich aber ok. (Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern in dieser Wohnung und daher vielleicht mit etwas höheren Erwartungen/ Anforderungen an Sauberkeit etc)"

"Gute Zentrale Lage in Kassel. Die Raumaufteilung ist auch super. Das Bad sollte man mal renovieren. Zwei Toiletten aber eine Dusche in der man sich kaum bewegen kann. Das Appartement ist eine schlecht umgebaute Wohnung aus einem Büro. Unter den Betten wurde anscheinend nie sauber gemacht. Dicke Wollmäuse, Schokolade, alte Socken, Bohnen, Glas und Papierreste sammelten sich unterm Bett. Das geht gar nicht!"
