The Villa "Meri" is a 1100 m² property in a quiet suburb of Split. The city center, Diocletian's Palace and the beautiful town of Trogir are a 10-minute drive away. Kastel Sucurac is one of seven castles, first in the direction of Split towards Trogir. It is located in the town of Kastela. The settlement is located on the coast of Kastela Bay. In Kastel Sucurac there is the oldest tower of Kastela, which was built in 1392 by Archbishop Andrija Benzi of Split (Gualdo) to protect the peasants of the village Putalj on the slopes of Kozjak around the church Sv. George. With a series of additional interventions, the tower became a seaside settlement.
The villa is suitable for 12 people. It consists of the ground floor, the first and the second floor.

All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The entire villa, including the kitchen, living room and outdoor seating area, are exquisitely decorated with designer furniture, lighting and rugs. On the first floor there is also a terrace with jacuzzi and sun loungers and nearby there is the gym and bio sauna.
SECOND FLOOR (140 m²) On the top of the villa is a large terrace with a beautiful pergola from which guests can enjoy the sunset or the breathtaking view with a glass of wine on a large sitting area in the evening. The materials used for the construction of the villa are: exclusive stone, Slavonian oak, porcelain, marble, granite and more.
