My daughter was surprised with an engagement on this trip…and the concierge at Lesante gets TOP reviews! Alexandra went out of her way to help plan the PERFECT proposal. "Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Room cleaned twice a day unless you asked them not to. Relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel's rating. Excellent spa, cave pool (both free to guests) and massage services (for a fee although some days we received a free 10 minute shoulder massage by the pool). Excellent quality and variety of food. Gym equipment in both hotels was a bit worse for wear but a small issue compared to all of the positives."
"Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair.
Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again!
