"It was an overnite transit to Sauraha Reception young man was very welcoming most pleasant Room lacks better lighting & shower stall needs either curtain or separation as water was splashing all over bathroom Breakfast given for takeout was not recommended!! "

"From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. "This was an amazing place to stay...a former palace. It is elegant, beautiful, has spacious rooms with all the amenities, a wonderful restaurant with an impeccable menu at great prices, and pool. It is in a great and safe location, 5 mins from shops and main restaurants at a $2 cab ride away but peaceful where it is located.The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied. The massage was the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. The staff was extraordinary, helpful, &kind. I left significant money by mistake on the reception counter and was leaving in the cab, but staff from reception came running outside to bring me the money I had forgotten. That is beyond honest! "
