The corner house has 3 br/2 bathroom, standing on 424 sqm land. It includes a pool, fitness room, living, dining, outdoor terrace, kitchen, washing/dryer machine and storage area. Fully furnished, 3 aircons, decorated and equipped to max. Fiber optic wifi, ubc, cable tv. Secure & comfortable. Total relaxation & privacy guaranteed.
The house has plenty of space and areas to relax and unwind. The decor is Thai style with build in wooden cabinets and wardrobes. It has darkened windows with mosquito screens and window fence for security. Safety deposit box in master bedroom. Ceiling fans or wall mounted fans throughout the House as well as dimming lighting. House phone for emergencies. 1100 lt water storage tank with filters and water pump. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, large fridge, electric BBQ grill, automatic Coffee machine etc. Plenty of carpark space.
