Great property, very clean and nice view over the park. Host was fantastic, met us as we got out the taxi and even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport upon our departure

Nice!!

Our shower drain didnt work well, we told them about it and maybe 5 min there was serviceman. It didnt help so we get next day new room, that was bigger. But there the wc sink didnt work well, but it did not matter much. Location was so great, about 4km to trainstation and busses goes all the time. Much stores near, nearest downstairs.

Long weekend in Katowice

Great location, great interaction with the host. Few grocery shops nearby, close to public transport, short walk from the Slaski Stadium. Pretty much checks all the boxes.

The apartment had all the facilities we needed and more, we got a bus from just outside to the centre - it only took 8-10 minutes and they were all great. We will definitely be back - really well thought through and cared for!

I had a wonderful stay and the apartment made me feel like home there. the view outside my window is amazing, it is facing the park and we can see the sunrise in the morning. I will book it again next time when I visit Katowice

It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. A written explanation or a map would be useful.

Location was walkable, place was clean and fully equipped. NESPRESSO machine and capsules was great surprise, washing machine, comfortable bed with enough linens and covers, small fridge ; kirchen with dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies, plenty of cable channels, fast Wi-Fi and professional management … 216 address is actually entire building , not the apartment. Apt for gos is 212 and 214.. so gps will lead to 216 only. Apartments are 2 through 12 floors inside address of 216 building..

I stayed in the apartment for a week. I arrived late at night and had a lot of trouble finding the entrance. I had help from a staff member on the phone the whole time and finally I got in. Very nice apartment, well located close to the bus and train. There was a shop at the entrance. I didn't understand why the parquet and the door frame were in such bad shape until I used the shower for the first and only time I used it. The water just wouldn't go down and I was standing in 10 cm of water when I tried to open the shower. The water flowed out and all over the bathroom floor. I only had the bathroom mat to wipe the floor. After this shower the apartment smelled like a bad drain. I was glad to leave. The staff was great, they brought me more coffee when I finished the other portion and responded quickly and well to messages.

bellissimo appartamento appena fuori Katowice. Il proprietario ci ha aspettato spiegandoci come accedere e poi ci ha mostrato dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. L'appartamento è di nuova costruzione, ben arredato e ottimamente riscaldato. Sicuramente consigliatissimo!

Empfehlenswert mit Abstrichen

Die Anfahrt zu der Anlage ist leicht zu übersehen. Die Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort war zwar sehr herzlich und nett, allerdings wäre es ohne einen polnisch sprechenden Freund, der übersetzt hat, sehr mühsam geworden. Das Appartement sah im ersten Moment gut aus. Die Dusche ist prima, allerdings fehlen im Bad eine Ablage oder weitere Haken für Kleidung und Utensilien. Die Größe des Appartements war für 2 Personen angemessen. Die Küchenzeile befindet sich in gutem Zustand. Es gibt eine Kapselkaffemaschine. Leider fehlen Abtrockentücher; um die Spülmaschine zu füllen, gibt es nicht genug Geschirr. Wlan wurde versprochen; man konnte sich zwar mit dem Wlan verbinden, allerdings "verbunden ohne Internet" ( Router defekt??), so dass man auf "mobile Daten" angewiesen war. Auf dem Bett gab es nur EINE große Bettdeckefür 2 Personen. Die Matratze sinkt sehr stark ein, die Kopfkissen ließen - wie in vielen Hotels - sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wenn die angezeigten Mängel behoben würden, wäre diese Unterkunft durchaus zu empfehlen, zumal sie sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden und ein großer Park in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Very happy.

Nice modern apartment. Functional basic kitchenette, i had to clean the frying pan before us but that aside everything was good. Warm, (December travel), comfy, decent views, close to a tram stop which runs into the city, close to the park. The owner met me close to midnight on arrival day, took me up to the apartment and gave me a quick tour, great service for that time. The place is a little difficult to find so make sure you receive a map in advance, it’s tucked away round the back off the Main Street but that’s only an issue if you’re not prepared for it.

Exceptionally friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Exceptionally friendly in fact. Had car park included which we didn’t know. Lots of conveni new stores around. Bed was a bit hard but not a big deal.

Niestety mam wrażenie że obiekt nie do końca był przygotowany. Toaleta była brudna zwłaszcza za klapa gdy była opuszczona, na 3 osoby mielismy tylko 2 komplety ręczników i po dwie kawy i herbaty.
