"Rooms were not clean , bad bedsheets, terrible food. if there is an option to give zero star for service i qualty of food i would. only manager was nice person but nobody listen him "

"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."

"It would be nice for the property to arrange for some food options for the drivers since it is impossible to get there if you are not used to drive in India. The general facilities are great, the kitchen is great and would prepare food for you even if it is not in the menu. The views are stunning, I would definitely visit again."

Amazing views of surrounding snow covered hills and forest were simply amazing and will be long cherished. Food was superb, room service was great. Bed was quite comfortable though linen needs to be laundry washed and not hand washed. "
