From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was taken care of — starting with helping us find a secure parking space, which was greatly appreciated. The hospitality extended into every corner of the property. The team preparing our meals was attentive and clearly took pride in their work, creating an exceptional Sri Lankan breakfast that showcased local flavors beautifully. We also enjoyed the dinner option, which was well-prepared and satisfying. Every request we had was met with a smile and genuine willingness to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views overlooking Kandy — a perfect spot to unwind. The addition of a private hot tub was an unexpected luxury that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The lush gardens surrounding the property made the entire place feel peaceful and inviting. It was the ideal setting to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. We would absolutely recommend Theva Residency to anyone visiting Kandy.
