"Barbwire Bach has everything you need to enjoy its location with the added bonus of having access to their boxing gym. The kids absolutely loved it. Overlooking Opunake Lake and with the beach an enjoyable 3 minute walk away - or longer if the kids want to climb the pohutukawa trees and play on the playground, I have no hesitation in recommending Barbwire Bach and hope to stay again."

"We had such a fab time in Opunake especially thanks to Suzie and her awesome pad. The bach is trueoldschool Kiwiana and comfortably fit our two families of two adults and four kids. Great property for kids to play outside with plenty of space, safe bike storage and nice and warm in this colder weather. Thank you for the milk and cookies that you left for us - what a treat.
