The hotel is right on the beach, and a ten minute walk into the center of Kissamos where you'll find great restaurants and cute little shops. "The property is in excellent condition. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. There is a low key and relaxing vibe to the resort. The facilities are first class. There can be a language barrier at times but just stay with it and you will get your point across. The buffet restaurant offers many choices and the quality is very good. The beach is on-site and the chairs and umbrellas are included. The area around the resort has limited restaurants, but Chania Harbor and Old Town are a short drive away, where there are numerous dining options, as well as some nice sights to see. There is a swim up bar, as well as a larger pool and hot tub area. The exterior seating of the Main Bar has an excellent view of the setting sun and is a fun place to grab a cocktail, with attentive servers. The on-site restaurants are small and offer limited seating, so make your reservations as soon as you arrive."
