"Otel deneyimimiz beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Tesise adım attığımız ilk andan itibaren çalışanların son derece yardımsever, ilgili ve samimi yaklaşımı kendimizi gerçekten değerli hissettirdi. Her sorumuza sabırla yanıt verdiler ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her konuda hızlıca yardımcı oldular. Özellikle güler yüzlü ve profesyonel ekip, konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, genel olarak otelin düzeni ve atmosferi oldukça huzurluydu. Ancak bu deneyimi gerçekten özel kılan şey çalışanların misafirperverliğiydi. Böyle bir ekiple karşılaşmak seyahatimizin en güzel yanlarından biri oldu. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edeceğimiz bir otel."

"The hotel was perfect location. Right across from the slopes and restaurants. The room was bigger than expected. I had a queen and a twin bad. Was nice to have breakfast and dinner included in case you didn’t want to walk around. "

"Perfect ski-in-ski-out location. Room and all other facilities were spotless. Wonderfully well organized spa. Staff were friendly and professional. The only issues: thermostat in bedroom was fixed at 25 C, to warm to sleep well. Also, the water in the bathroom was not hot, just warm. Finally, the dining-included was cafeteria style, which is normal, but not entirely appetizing, or hot and fresh."

"Hello. Today, Wednesday, February 4th, I called the hotel to claim a jacket I left in the room's linen closet. The young man who answered my call at 11:35 am hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. I have no answers or attention"
