Better improving service
Breakfast Average and restaurant area was very cold. Room service is not good. Front desk officers not so kind. If staff had behaved like professional, hotel would be good. No slippers in room. Parking area was so few.

Avoid if possible
It was very hot and the AC was not working and the staff members did not understand a word of English. They said "okay no problem" to everything. I tried to use Google translate to tell them to turn on the AC. After which they understood what I wanted but the AC was never turned on. I was there only for a few hours as I waited for my flight but I'd not go there again even if they let me stay for free.

Kayak tatili için genel olarak konakladığımız oteldir. Yatmadan yatmaya geldiğimiz ve otelde pek zaman geçirmediğimiz için bize yeterli geliyor. Temizlik ve hijyen açısından iyi durumda. Personeller güleryüzlüydü, memnun kaldık.

berbattı. tek kelime ile. gece 3 de yola çıkmak zorunda kaldık, klimalar çalısmıyor hava sıcak ve gürültülü. seyahat sebebiyle dinlenip devam edecektim ama gece 3 de tekrardan kalktım ve ilgisiz personel yüzünden şartlar yüzünden paramı da alamadan çıktım

Otel genel görünüş itibariyle normal duruyor ancak konaklamanın bitiminde hissettirdiği şey "hizmet vermek değil para kazanmak önceliğiyle hareket edildiği" oldu. Negatif durumları sıralayayım: 1-Odamıza girdiğimiz andan itibaren bir türlü odayı soğutamadık, odaya has klima yok. Genel bina havalandırması var, onun da kendine dahi hayrı yoktu. 2-Kıyafetlerimizi koyacağımız bir dolap yoktu. Sadece askılık mevcut. 3-Odamızda banyo havlusu yoktu. Görevliden istediğimde ise cevabı "abi kalmamış, iki tane normal havlu vereyim" oldu. 4-Son olarak en hayalkırıklığı yaratan konu kahvaltı idi. Şöyle tarif edeyim: Kavaltıda belki 25 çeşit ürün vardı ama göz boyama usulü hazırlanmıştı. Çünkü zengin görünsün diye aynı zeytinleri ve peynirleri 6-7 çeşit kapta tekrarlamışlar. Uzaktan bakınca değişik ürünler sanarsınız ama nafile. Maalesef memnun kalamadık.

Çok kötü bir otel gerçekten. Sanki apartmandan dönüştürülmüş gibi. Personelde pek işinin ehli sayılmaz. Kahvaltı yeri soğuktu, sunum çok kötüydü, malzeme kalitesi keza çok düşüktü. Çalışan arkadaşlar iyi niyetli ama iyi niyetli olmak yetmiyor maalesef.
