"The new house had everything needed for our stay. Very clean and well furnished with plenty of room for our family of 5. We would stay here again since it is so close to my son's family. One bit of warning...do NOT put anything in the bottom right section of the frig/freezer. Either it is not part of the freezer (which a normal person would presume), or it does not freeze. The ice cream we put in there melted. The left side does freeze though. This last critique is probably due to me...

"We chose this rental due to the close location to our other family members who live in the area. The condo was really nice and the beds super comfortable. The large family room and basement play areas worked out great for us and allowed us all a place that wasn't cramped to visit with everyone and enjoy meals together. We didn't use the jacuzzi due to all the activities we had scheduled, but it was working and hot the entire time we were there. Maybe next time we will be able to take...

"Property Manager either answered the phone immediately or responded within 5 minutes. I've never had this level of responsiveness with any property. Outstanding! Would have given the property a 5, but I was al ittle taken aback driving in through the tatoo parlors and pawn shops to get there. However, we had a vehicle parked outside during our entire stay, and had absolutely no problems. I would describe the neighborhood as "transitional" with lots of new builds with aging apartment...
