Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Misty Water Hideaway is NOT lakefront, but is just a short walk to a municipal boat launch adjacent to a sandy beach with grills and restrooms. There is plenty of parking space at the house to trailer your boat. Located just steps from Lake Champlain and convenient to Ausable Chasm, Ausable Brewery and Highlands Vineyard, there is no shortage of things to do and places to experience.

This was a beautiful property really close to Lake Champlain. We loved walking to the water and also being able to get to our hiking and kayaking destinations easily too. Looking forward to returning!

The home was immaculate, with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the lake from the upper and lower deck was beautiful. Peaceful area, short walk to the lake. Definitely planning on staying here again!
