"Overall good experience. The pool areas were fantastic! Dining was good. Boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. However, rooms are a little dated. Carpet old, not enough outlets. Drainage was terrible.. shower & tub drained extremely slow, so much we basically stood in our own dirt while showering. When we used the sinks, the toilets would bubble. "

"Location, staff, food and beach access were great! For the cost of my stay I was disappointed we had to spend $38 per day for parking. Bathrooms/shower needs renovations. Also, rooms should have smart TVs."

"Overall we both liked the property, it was exactly as shown , shower was great full size fridge and ac worked well . The bed was very must have a very thick pillow top . I was worried I’d wake up with a back ache but I did not . It must have good firm support under the pillow top . Our only complaints were that we had been out all day exploring the Everglades and arrived at the place tired and hungry to find out the one restaurant was closed until maybe May. "I enjoyed my stay at this property. I did not receive a room upgrade as per Expedias expectation of this hotel. Regardless. I had a wonderful stay. My only comment is that there was ZERO shower water pressure. This may just have been specific to my room. The staff is responsive and friendly."

"Our family loved the pool, propane grill, and easy beach access right across the street. Also the pickleball courts. Room was nice but the silverware was at floor level under sink and garbage can, weird but functional, better chairs and table on the balcony would be nice, also side tables at the pool area. The cable tv is also weird, i would bring streaming stick next time to chill out at night. Otherwise it was about perfect!! loved it and would stay again. Also love its close proximity to the...
