"I experienced some minor glitches which was resolved and I would like to stay here again on my next visit. The room, especially bathroom was very clean, air conditioning was in good working order and the bed was very comfortable. I am unsure though why they have stopped supplying the little 2-pack biscuits to go with your tea or coffee and glad I didn’t have the kids with me cos they love it🤔. The reception staff were polite, professional, friendly and helpful.👍 Complimentary cookie and ice cream was nice, thank you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫"

"We absolutely love everything about this hotel. Clean spacious rooms, everything works perfectly. Close to restaurants and bars, easy parking. Great showers and pristine towels and bed linen. Special thank-you to Alicia, so lovely, helpful and friendly! We always get a warm welcome at our favourite hotel in Sheffield; we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!"

"The staff were lovely, helpful, visible and polite. The food was great for the 50% off which it was that day. The restaurant, reception and room no complaints at all. The only thing I could say to improve would be the stairwell to the rooms wasn’t hoovered and didn’t look like it had been for a while. The carpet was also ripped in a couple of places. "

The hot spring is excellent (even though the main indoor pool was a hotter than the super-nice temperature on previous occasions), breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable (although aircon was not working well this time and one had to sleep with open windows, it was reasonably quiet), convenient parking nearby"
