"It was okay"

"the room we stayed didn’t have enough towels, no water cup, and no toilet amenities. It was clean enough. Staffs at the front desk was very nice and friendly. What really annoyed us a great deal was that someone from cleaning crew knocked on our door at 6AM so loud we had to shout “what is up!” and they walked away! we were to check out that morning, they should’ve known to clean the room after we checked out!? we could’ve get back to sleep afterwards and felt pretty salty about it!! "

"Hotel was clear, staff was friendly, pool was maintained well. I definitely would recommend a stay there. Plenty of local restaurants locally also."

"The ocean was visible from our room which had very comfortable beds & pillows. I did find it odd that there were no instructions about replacing towels or if the room would be cleaned. The roof top bar is very nice and we especially enjoyed the sushi restaurant which was superb. We were unable to get beach chairs on the beach as there were not enough available for all of the people that were there. The pool and 2 jacuzzi tubs were very nice but again not enough chairs poolside to accommodante everyone. They offered free pilâtes classes several days with a very nice instructior. Our room was not available upon check in, but they did comp us a drink at the bar. This location is perfect for walking with many restaurants close by. We would definitely return."

"I don't really leave reviews but i feel i do this time. It was very misleading upon booking. the chairs for the beach i thought were included in the resort fee. They were not. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't shut. The door to the balcony wouldn't lock which i have teenage daughters so i didn't sleep at all. The bartender at the pool wouldn't make pins coladas because of the blender. She didn't know how to work it. The server in the restaurant informed us we couldn't eat at the tables but we couldn't eat at our chairs either"

"Filthy room, pull out bed was digusting inside and out, light shone into main bedroom all night, plumbing/whooshing sounds all night from ceiling, had to sign a $30 iou for ratty blanket that should have been in room. "
