"Our family of twelve, ranging from 4 to 65, had a lovely time at Thomas and Ola’s beautiful place. Not only was the home the perfect size for our big family, but everything in the home was all that we could have thought to want. The home allowed us to really enjoy the time we had together because it was perfect!. Finally, Ella, the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! "The beds were for children only and not suitable for adults. There was no outside furniture to sit on or to eat. There were no curtains for privacy, no cleaning materials for dishes or spills. No coffee maker or dishes etc. The outside had not seen a lawn mower once this year. This was listed as a vrbo but is actually an arnb as the owner lives above the rental with access to the unit. Very disappointed with this listing.....this was NOT a vacation rental but more like an empty apartment...

"The hosts are very kind and down to earth people. The cottage is very clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed and is equipped with all the comforts of home. It is in a great location for taking day trips out to places such as Peggys Cove,.Halifax, Martinique Beach etc. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice B&B, check in smooth and quick. We stayed in the deluxe room, very clean with large bathroom, two large beds and lots of room. Friendly staff, breakfast was great, we will be staying there again."

"The location is beautiful. The kitchen is poorly organized and missing some essentials while having extra non-essentials. Not enough robes or towels for every guest and there was an odd smell throughout the bathroom and washer/dryer closet. The decor is gorgeous, and we had the best time relaxing in the hot tub and lounging in the cloud-like couch and beds! Would definitely come back and home to visit your other locations as well ! "

"Stayed at this location September 5th with friends for a concert downtown. We originally had a junior suite booked, and hadn’t arrived in the city until 7ish that evening. The concert was opening for 9pm. We were promptly checked in and given a complimentary upgrade to the king suite. Parking was quick and convenient! And because we were short on time we had room service ordered, again, quick delivery and the food was amazing. We will defiantly be back !! Also the security deposit being $50 and refunded at check out is amazing. Not like other places that charge $200 and sometime isn’t credited back for 5 days. Great stay and service :) "

"Nice classic hotel in downtown Halifax. Had a suite facing a rather drab courtyard but this made the room very quiet. Bed decor amenities in room adequate. Bathroom was small. Had a nice lounge area- room was a suite. Hotel stands right across from a beautiful Victorian park- one of the finest park Ive seen in a while. Also within walking distance of the citadel & general downtown area. Generally all plusses here. Convenient parking next door with easy in- out"
