Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "

"My husband and I stayed for one night. The room suite consisted of one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room and a kitchenette. The bathroom was dated although they had some nice decor in the other rooms. It was very clean and the breakfast was varied with delicious tea. "It was terrible in terms of service ,noisy rooms and irresponsible staff,interruptions in hot water and lack of enough light in the room,very simple breakfast and bad bad quality compare with the hotel price ,in the end no one even helped to take a taxi and carry my wife’s luggages as a alone lady , I never recommend such staying at all "
