Very dissapointed. Feels like I've been cheated
"Very dissapointed. Paid about €200 for a night, booked one family room, and got two separate rooms. There was no complimentary shower gel, no soap in one of the room, no bottles of water. Taps in sinks, bath and shower had not much pressure. TV in one room didn't work. Breakfast very poor and limited. ..."

"Leider waren Dampfsauna und Kinderplanschbecken defekt,ohne vorherige Hinweise dazu. Die Küche im Hotelzimmer war nicht nutzbar(Wasseranschluss/Kühlschrank/keine Ausstattung). Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal und tolles Essen."

"Wir und die Kinder fanden es super schön. Der Garten ist wunderschön und es gibt ein Trampolin und ein Haus zum Spielen für die Kinder. "Wir hatten eine Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche Am Malchiner See/Bootshaus. Unsere Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet.Von hier aus haben wir viele Ausflüge unternommen.
