"From the minute we walked in the door we fell in love with the place. Coming from a cold climate we were looking forward to feeling like we were at the beach in a proper beach home and that is exactly how we felt. Clean, comfortable and in a great location and totally fell in love with the front closed in balcony and being able to sit and watch the beautiful view. "The unit is clean, the views match what is promised, and the unit is well situated in the heart of Yeppoon, an easy walk to the beach and the shops. The only minor downside is that people with mobility issues might find accessing the beach/shops on foot more of a challenge, but would be able to access the flat itself from the car park without any issues."

"We found dirt and black mould through out the unit. The unit was dirty when we arrived, shower sprayed everywhere including the roof that was then rotting away. Furniture was filthy with stains and broken parts to it, making it unsafe. So much so I covered the couch in a sheet so we could even sit on it. 4th bed wasn’t even made despite paying for 4 people.
