"I was very disappointed with a hotel that I’ve used many times previously. The room smelt of cigarette smoke (non smoking room), sexual lubricant found in a cupboard, batteries eroded in the remote, and to top it all a Christmas party on our last night, which kept us awake before our drive back to England. When I mentioned the smell of the room I was offered drinks tokens for the bar which buy you either larger or soft drinks. The staff didn’t seem too surprised with the lubricant or remote...

"It is a great place to stay. We took advantage of the hotel bike rentals, which allowed us to explore the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"The air conditioning was weak. We asked for another room with better a/c and they told us it would be an upgrade. That is not acceptable."
