Loerie Lodge is a comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom detached property situated on Keurbooms Keurview Estate. It is located just 300 meters from the 5* Beach.
Set-up as a ‘home away from home’ the South African villa is fully equipped and is furnished to a high standard. The garden includes sun-bathing areas, barbecue area, a large professionally covered patio area with alfresco dining area for that all important break from the sun and a roof terrace with panoramic views of the mountains, large decks with views for superb sundowners: a sun-worshippers paradise.
The villa is decorated with modern furniture and the crisp bedrooms are decorated in a neutral style with comfortable beds so that you can truly unwind and relax during your stay.

Downstairs room: Queen bed with built-in closet, and large deck with exquisite views and bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, basin with large marble countertop.
Other: WIFI throughout the whole villa with no extra charge.
Local amenities
Beaches: There are a number of excellent beaches in Keurboom These are particularly suitable for children, with clean sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are toilet facilities and restaurants and bars in de local vicinity. The beaches are protected
Distance: 300m, 5 min walk, 2 min drive
Shopping: A very nice shopping centre in Plettenberg bay is just 5 km away from the villa.
Here you can find a large supermarkets and a mall (mon-sat 9.00h - 21.30h) with a very good selection of vegetables, meats, wines etc. The mall also a has some nice clothing shops, hairdresser, restaurants and curiosity shops.
Keurboomsstrand is a hidden area in the well known garden route and there are so many beautiful spots to visit.
Renting a car is a necessity and means that you will have a quick transfer to and from the airport and will be able to access more of the beautiful (remote) parts of the garden route. A few of these very nice places to visit are:
- Knysa: beautifull lake district with gentle water and waterways which are part of a national heritage. Known for oysters and seahorses
- Nature's valley where one could take day trips and walks in the untouched nature.
- Stormsrivier bridge whicih is known for the highest bungy jumping experience in the world.
- Different wine estates within a few kilometres like Bramon and Bithou estate
- Keurbooms lagoon: idyllic beach and great to watch the windsurfers and kitesurfers
- Robberg at the southern tip of Plettenbergbay, with deserted beaches and lighthouse. The Robberg nature trail which is famous for viewing seals and the well known great white sharks.
The are is perfect for water sports such as scuba diving, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and big game fishing. Running and mountainbiking lovers can also enjoy themselves in this area. There are several horse riding centres nearby. Excursions and other activities like one of the worlds longest zip-lines, dune buggy riding whale and dolphin watching is available all year round in Plettenbergbay..
