This condo sits on the first floor of Casa Clara, an oceanfront property near the very heart of the Florida Keys. The grounds include a sparkling outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck, two beaches (at over 200 feet each), tennis and shuffleboard courts, and a 150-foot fishing pier. Within a two-mile drive, you'll find Curry Hammock State Park, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and an assortment of shops, restaurants, and conveniences in Marathon.

When you're not out swimming, snorkeling, or joining a fishing charter, make the most of the setting outside on your oceanfront balcony. This is a lovely space for morning coffee, alfresco meals, and tropical cocktails at sunset.

After a day out and about, come home to toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer and cool off in blissful air conditioning. The main living space brings together a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a living room with a mirrored wall that maximizes the sunlight. For your evening entertainment, you'll find TVs in the living room and bedroom and complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
