The property features a heated pool, perfect for unwinding. Recent renovations have transformed the grounds and the condo itself, which is now bright, clean, and stylishly updated. The fully stocked kitchen boasts GE appliances and Corian countertops.

The Master Bedroom offers a luxurious King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom, ideal for family or friends, includes two double beds and its own flat-screen TV. The condo has been professionally decorated with all-new furniture, including comfortable mattresses and bedding. Please note that this is a third-floor unit, and our complex does not have elevators.

Marathon Beach Condo

We found your place on Vrbo and It was fantastic! The place we stayed was everything we needed. Relaxing , beautiful the view was beautiful and the beach is very nice and great chairs to relax, and take in the beauty! Micheal was amazing host and very helpful to help with ideas where to eat, get groceries, and just so Grateful he alllowed us to stay and enjoy 30 years. Family Vacation
This property is absolutely beautiful. The beach is small but, private. The condo and the condo grounds are well kept and super clean. Marathon is a sleepy little beach town so traffic was pretty much nonexistent during our stay and restaurants were easy to get into. We drove to Key west which was a little over an hour drive and was so fun to explore for the day. I highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful vacation
From the minute we opened the door, we knew we made the right decision to stay here. Condo was perfectly decorated for a beach vacation, adequately supplied and in a wonderful location. Only steps from a private beach and pool. Watched the sunrise from our beach and sunsets from a 5-minute walk to Sunset Park. About a 60-minute drive to Key West. Host called us prior to our arrival to make sure we have everything and offered appreciated tips throughout the week. We would definitely recommend staying here

Fantastic!
The condo was fabulous - spacious, clean and well- maintained. The location was great - a nice shared pool (which was never very busy) and an idyllic beach. Michael provided loads of useful information prior to our arrival about the condo, activities and restaurants in the area, which was very helpful. The area was quiet & relaxing, but there was also loads to do too (kayaking, snorkelling, diving, other water-sports etc etc) and a beautiful sunset to watch every evening.

Home away from home
This property has all the amenities of home with an amazing view, private beach and beautiful pool. The full size kitchen that was stocked with all the pots and pans was perfect for making meals for my family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious; plenty of towels and great water pressure. The sandy beach was beautiful and we found many sea creatures to entertain us. Property owner, Michael, was fantastic and informed us of all things "Keys" to do with the kids. Steps from the condo was Sunset Park, where the whole neighborhood gathers to watch the sunset together... singing the Marathon Song aloud! 🎶 We loved it and will definitely return!
