The resort is very nice, the common areas are very pleasant, the staff can improve their treatment. Breakfast included is not true. Food is terrible. Service time for breakfast is forever Service time at night is very good, the food terrible. We only went first night for dinner and fir breakfast just the second day. Never lunch. Was that bad that decided not to reapeat a dinner ir breakfast again. The guy in the lobby that susppose to help you with your suitcase and carries on plus help you find your room nexts to be educated about what his possition is and whats the goal from this Hotel to have this guy that does not stop talking laud and unprofessional is. And so far is scaring costumer not helping. He is needs to have some limits when in comes to approach client.
