Located in the heart of Key Largo MM100. It is the perfect home base to explore the keys. Our Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club)with 24 hour security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving, and snorkeling in all the keys.

The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor grill areas and fire pits by the ocean. The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area. Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel the ocean via our rock jetty.

This home is conveniently located directly in front of a pool and the salt water lagoon- a great location for families!

Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun. First floor has a full bathroom with shower, bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV. The second floor has another full bathroom and another sleeper sofa. It also has a fully stocked kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and appliances, a smart TV in the living room and 2 outdoor balconies with seating to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. The third floor offers another full bathroom shared by two bedrooms, each with a king bed. Both rooms have plenty of closet space and a balcony.

2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles and 2 kayak with paddle available to guests.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

The pictures are very accurate and it was even nicer than the photos! We stayed with 6 ladies for a bachelorette and had plenty of space to spread out. Only things we missed were a full length mirror and toiletries in the bathroom so plan accordingly!

Beautiful, clean property in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The only thing worth mentioning is that the pool hours are dawn to dusk. I did not see that listed. That made closing time pretty early this time of year.

Great stay at a great property!
This was a very pleasant stay all around. The property, the manager were both excellent. Also, many extra details were tended to before we arrived that made our stay all the better. Once example is a bag of fresh ice in the freezer for us. Also, clean towels, extra pillows and blankets, and too many others to mention. I would stay at this property again and again.

Lovely place
Very nice unit. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bedding, and very clean. The bathrooms are a little tight (not much counter space), but overall a wonderful stay. Only thing I didn't like is that the master bedroom has a sheer curtain so lots of sunlight in the morning.

Absolutely Wonderful
This place is advertised perfectly. The unit is steps from the pool and lagoon. It was pristine clean, well appointed and well air conditioned. Beautiful location. Safe area. The area in general is the perfect location for the Upper Keys. We were minutes away from everything that we wanted to do. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful hidden location
I was there with 3 other friends and we had a perfect location! J3 was right next to the pool and we just had to walk down the stairs and we were poolside! We were also walking distance to several good bars and restaurants. The condo was excellent but the stairs to the second floor (kitchen and living room) and 3rd floor (2 BRs) were steep and my friend with a bad knee was stuck on the bottom floor, which had its own BR, bath and living room.

Great Property & Location
We were 2 families with teens traveling together with a total of 7 people. The unit was great and provided plenty of room. The kids loved hanging at the pool and swimming in the lagoon. There are several pools to choose from. The pool closest to this unit doesn't have much shade, but there are others with shade in close walking distance. The property is also within walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. We would stay here again!

extended stay after trip to Miami
The actual unit was very nice, roomy and beds and sofas very comfortable. The kitchen was ok definitely could have used some decent frying pans, just to cook a simple breakfast. The actual complex appeared old, the pools were small and had very limited seating, definitely not a resort pool. Location was ok but I wish I knew nothing about Key Largo is walkable.
