Great location, beautiful boats. Pretty quiet considering right on the marina with large boats in/out. Bar/restaurant right on premise with another within 5 min walk. Room was a little outdated with a cramped, well worn bathroom but clean and well equipped. Bed/bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. Very pleasant stay especially for the price.

It all started when I tried to call - as I could not find the welcoming message that had info about late check-in- i did remember reading it would be somewhere else/ so I called to get the address of where I would be going for a late check in and the lady on the phone kept saying “I’ll be here until 10:00” I had to raise my voice after a few times of her not listening to let her know I was not going to be there by 10:00 and I just wanted the address to where I was to check in/ she didn’t know the address just the name-which you can see off the road- but after a red eye flight and driving all day i wanted it plugged into the gps/ she did give me the name of the hotel - so I check in (parking sucked) I looked in the little envelope they give you with room key: WiFi et cetera- only to find out there was no room key- only two cards for towels - so I called the dude that checked me in and told him - since they were a different hotel he couldn’t give me a key and offered a room. He had a guy meet me to open that room up which was nice of him- but I couldn’t leave once I got in because I had no key/ mind you this was at 1;00 in the morning. I’ve gotten rooms where the key has not worked, but never a no key room. The price was good as all I needed was to sleep for a few hours snd a shower and I was back on the road. I was so tired I could not rate the rest of the room really because as soon as my head hit the pillow I slept soundly for the five hours before I had to leave .

Cool little motel on a canal with a nice tiki bar super close. Parking is terrible, paper thin walls and the doors slam so loud it's hard to get any sleep if you have neighbors! You get what you pay for at $150/night.
