The classic and adults only Azul Queen Anne mansion which was built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons will immerse you into a fun loving blend of old world charm and carefree island living. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Take advantage of these captivating surroundings and unwind on the front porch as you appreciate the million dollar views. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Located off the 2nd floor balcony, your private king suite awaits with cozy linens to welcome you in after a fun afternoon. A private ensuite full bathroom with a shower lies steps away. A flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge add to the comfort of your island sabbatical. A table with 2 chairs outside your room allows you to enjoy the outdoor beauty without having to go too far.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Indulge in the welcomed island breezes and a good novel as you catch some rays on the 2nd floor sundeck just outside your room. Take a refreshing dip in the pool below surrounded by tropical vegetation and slip into town for all the action on the infamous Duval St. Off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Just perfect!
Everything about the place says… he can we help you relax….stored luggage on arrival and departure….towels where you need ice where you need it, beautiful…$9 uber or short walk everywhere,great breakfast at Sandy’s walkable or delivered . We will be back!!!!! For sure!

Lovely, but dated.
The property is lovely and we had a nice stay. The room and the common areas, especially the pool area, were as advertised. A few things could have easily made this a 5-star review...no microwave in the room (only in the kitchen in the main house), the shower head from the 1980s offered no pressure, and most disappointingly the loud, old, window AC unit simply could not keep the 300 sq/ft room cool. Took constant running to maintain an uncomfortable 78º. It cooled better at night. A few hundred dollars reinvested in the property would go a long way. Ultimately it was nice, but could easily be improved. Everything was very clean. Pool towels and cold water were available. We enjoyed the location. It was quiet and a short walk away from the main drag of Duval. We easily walked everywhere we wanted to go - Duval, Southernmost Point, etc.

Super clean, quiet place with convenient location to bike (or very short Uber ride) to all main Key West attractions. Check in/out very convenient. Nice house with amenities and refreshing pool even in the dead of summer. Concierge services available and attentive. Great little gem for a couple or rent the entire place for a reunion! First floor options available. Stairs a little tight for second floor rooms, but well worth it!

Great place! Very close to everything.
We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and comfy and the pool was a great feature to have to cool off during the day in between doing things around the island. The only suggestion I have is maybe black out curtains or maybe leave eye masks in the rooms because they are very bright with light due to the very lit outside hallways at night (which I liked for safety) but definitely kept us up at night and as soon as the sun came up, it was all daylight. Thank you for the great stay! We will be back!

We had a great stay in December 2023! The property was very well maintained and the pool area was nice and quiet. We walked to Duvall St daily so the location was ideal and easy to find.

Parking confusion
We very much enjoyed out stay. We were able to secure one of the few available parking spots on the property. They are not marked well but we did our best in making our best judgement on where to park. Although it was a contactless check in, I was thinking that if we had parked insufficiently, we would have heard something from management. We did not hear anything, nor were we contacted at any time during our stay. We received a nasty message on our car that we were taking up two spaces. We have a small car that hardly fit in the space. I did communicate with the management about this issue and they confirmed that they did not leave the nasty note. They have also noted my suggestion to better mark the parking spaces. Other than that experience, we very much enjoyed our stay. Being in the hospitality business myself, I would just have liked some one on one with management either by just a quick drop in or even a text asking how everything was.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The amenities were just what we needed, peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool (but failed to notice the pool noodles, until we exited), along with the main house area. If I may suggest adding a small ironing board in the room to allow ironing verses using the bed. The staff was swift to reply to our questions and needs. When in Key West, we will definitely lodge again!

The property was exactly like it was described. Very friendly staff and attended to all of our needs. Very clean room, plenty of towels . Very walkable to all places especially Duval Street. Pool was great! We loved the peacefulness of the upper deck right outside our room! We also loved the kitchen with plenty of coffee! It was like being in our own home!! During our stay, the whole island was out of water and the staff was excellent about keeping us informed and providing us with plenty of bottled water! The only negative would be the deck is in need of repair and could use a good power washing. Our feet were black after walking on it! Everything else was excellent!!
