This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has two twin beds which could be converted into a king upon request and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just steps away from the back porch in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.
Close to the Golf Course and marina and public boat ramp - 2 miles from beaches.

The condo was just as described, beautifully decorated, and met all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and enjoyed using the pool one day. The home is very nice and comfortable! The location is very convenient and walking distance to awesome eating establishments and restaurants. The host was flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. Wonderful Stay for Family Wedding in the Area
Enjoyed our stay with family. Great location. Walked to the croissant shop for coffee and croissants, CVS within walking distance for odds and ends. House was stocked with all the things we needed and enjoyed cooking out one evening. This location is literally step from the pool. If ever in the area again with family, would definitely stay here.

Probably the cleanest VRBO house I have stayed at. Very nice decor, good beds and has everything you will need. Good communication by owner. Located about a 15-20 minute drive from Duval Street so will need transportation if you plan to visit those areas.
