This beachfront condo in Key West offers a much-needed pop of color to your Florida Keys vacation! You'll enjoy views of the ocean from your private balcony, as well as an open floor plan that provides ample space for everyone to relax. This complex features wonderful shared amenities as well, including a large outdoor pool, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts where you can practice your backhand.

The Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail sits right outside the building, offering you easy access to Smathers Beach (half a mile east) and Indigenous Park (half a mile west). Once at the park, you can spend the day enjoying Higgs Beach, Higgs Beach Pier, and West Martello Tower. You'll also be two miles east of the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and less than three miles south of Mallory Square, where you can shop, dine, or explore museums at your leisure.

Cant bet the pool and view
The pool and garden were amazing!! and the ocean view from the pool area is great. Condo was big enough for the two couples that went. Does need a little updating and a good cleaning. But overall, the outside made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing pool

I would recommend anyone coming to Key West to stay at this property. I would stay there again. The rooms are nice, spacious and very clean. The only downfall is that you have to go to another location to retrieve/ drop off keys.

Clean & well equipped
Unit was neat, clean and equipped. Living room furniture is older and one sofa is not comfortable but we managed. Beds are comfy, AC and appliances work great. The gardens and pool area are very nice and relaxing. We would stay here to spend more time at the pool, if ever in KW again.

We like that it was very spacious with 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We liked the kitchen was stocked and that we found a cooler and some older beach chairs to use. We liked the deck. The pool was nice. The water isn't swimmable.

WE loved being on the 4th floor of the condo. We arrived during Fantasy Fest and were able to view the yearly "Zombie Bike Ride" from our balcony. The condo was clean and the bedrooms were comfy and had plenty of storage. WE had an awesome time!!

Enjoying Key West from the Gulf side
We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Parrot: 1) we chose to stay on the Gulf side to save a few bucks and so we could explore Key West's neighborhoods on our way to Mallory Square, Margaritaville, Sloppy Joe's, etc. 2) The Vacasa management and team were terrific, communicative and understanding - we'll definitely use them again! 3) Like any time you're a guest in a condo complex, be sure to understand the rules/expectations before you check in. Vacasa did a good job summarizing them for us.

We all found the condo very clean, spacious, wonderful view. We did leave the condo without the door code, James the security man helped us, very kind. Glad I brought some extra kitchen necessities, like salt and pepper. Glad they provider the bigger things like beach towels. Also great to have a parking spot. Would rent again.

It was nice. Very clean . Although we are older and a bit of walk to main area.,we had more daughters rental since they were closer and got to walk. With us we felt we need another key , if we were out separate, we had to plan to have someone to let us in. We did have a ceiling leak . But not bad. It was reported and maintenance responded promptly.

Only stayed one night and room wasn’t ready when we got there. A beach was advertised in the listing. However, the seaweed was so thick and the smell was so horrific that you couldn’t even go outside. I understand nature but it should have been mentioned. Finally there is a chair that was so dirty I was leary to sit on the the brown couch. Way overpriced for what you get!

The property was great and the condo was super cute. The issue was with the management company. We were given the wrong keys to enter the building and only was able to enter once another tenant was walking out and held the door for us. We tried to contact management several times to let them know our keys didn’t work, and were not able to reach anyone to resolve it. Due to the fact we had no keys, we were not able to leave the property for food or do activities because we wouldn’t be able to get back in. We also were not able to use the amenities at the condo because we needed the proper keys.

Clock batteries needed replacing, need bigger fry pan or griddle in kitchen. Kitchen sink slow draining. Looks like it has a disposable, we could not find where it turned on. Furniture needs updates..chairs and couches hard to get out of or broken. Filthy fan in one bedroom. We loved the pool area and location. We have stayed in other VRBO they always had a welcome letter and also a few spices left..salt and pepper would be nice. We loved the security and parking..people were very nice. This unit just needs some updates..great having the washer and dryer in unit.

Great location and view
The condo was clean and spacious and in a great location to enjoy everything we wanted to do. We loved the patio and view, as well as the pool area also with a great view. Picking up the key downtown was annoying, especially once we didn’t arrive until 7pm on Saturday night. We had an issue with the garage opener not working and Vacasa sent someone out but they were unable to fix. The day before we were leaving they called to say it was fixed. We thought it was odd that everywhere there were 3 chairs - patio, kitchen table and stools. We made due, but it would have been nice to have 4. Master bed could use replacing. All of us said the positives outweigh the negatives and we would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Very Tired Condo
First off they haven’t updated the building locks so you need a physical key for the entrance, pool, etc. The condo was clean but very dated and the 2nd bedroom with very high ceilings and NO ceiling fan!! Quite hot even in January. No extra paper towels in the kitchen. No Laundry soap. No list of sport equipment like the ping pong paddles and balls, tennis racquets. The beach had broken glass so no walking on the beach. Nice view of the beach was the best part plus the large heated pool

Great condo for a Keywest getaway
The location of the condo was great. And it had a nice layout for 2 couples. I don't think I'd want to try fitting the "6 adults" they list as the max occupancy. The unit had everything you need, but nothing more. If you plan on doing any cooking while there, you'll need to purchase everything except salt/pepper. The Pool and hottub area is nice. But the hours are sunrise to sunset, and there's no real beach, unless you head down the street a block or 2. The balcony was nice and looks just like the pictures. There is a fairly busy roadway directly below the balcony, so it's a bit noisy to hang out on. My only real issue with the condo was the check in/ out process. We had to stop by the Vacasa office (which is a ways away) to pick up the outside key and garage door opener before we could get in. Then on checkout day, you have to go drop them both off there again. It wouldn't be a big deal. But we had a 7:00 am flight, and the condo is right by the airport. So it'd have been really nice to NOT have to drive to the opposite end of the island before heading to the airport. Luckily, we decided to rent a car for the trip. Overall, it was a great stay.

The unit was very clean and the ocean views were impressive as you can see the Atlantic from the Living Room and both Bedrooms. We liked being far enough away, but also close enough to Duval St., etc. to make it very accessible without hearing the partying that typically happens there.

NOTICE-PHYSICAL KEY Required -Pick Up Location Not At Condo
Condo is super clean. View from balcony is very nice with table & chairs available to sit and enjoy. Bathrooms are both very nice & super clean, with walk in showers. This condo needs to have a big *NOTICE* sign attached to the description. You must pick up a physical key at another location to get into the building. The location of the key closes at 5pm and the key will be left in a locked box outside the door. Which means you need the code for that box. They do not send you this information. If you contact them with your timeline they will tell you the procedure & code. From the airport, Uber to the office - you drive right by the condo- $20. Pick up key and Uber back to the condo - another $20. Remember! You must physically return the key to this office upon checkout. So...Uber $20, drop off key, Uber $20 to airport. Should 6 people stay at the condo, I have no idea how you get in the building unless you ALL STAY TOGETHER AT ALL TIMES. There is only one key. Once in the building you can use a code for the front door of the condo. However, you can't go to the pool & get back in without the key. There is minimal cooking available and absolutely NOTHING else in kitchen. This condo does not even keep salt & pepper. Not even one morning of coffee, or creamer and, of course, no sugar. They did leave small packets with laundry soap & dishwasher soap. That was handy. While the bedrooms in the condo are both nice size with sliding door access to the balcony, the main room is all open and not extremely large. The table is bar height and only seats 3. The kitchen island does have 3 bar stools. It would not be convenient to have two adults sleeping on the couches in the living room and have others getting up for breakfast. We are bike riders so the 1.8 miles to Mallory Square is not a big deal. If you want more of the Duval St/Mallory Sq action this condo maybe wouldn't be convenient for you. However, it's location for us was great. Smathers beach is right there, with Higgs Beach a short distance. There is no 'Book' in this condo. So any information about restaurants, things to do, you must look up yourself. This was not our 1st time to Key West. However we did discover ' Salute ' restaurant, about .7 miles away on the beach and the food is AMAZING. We will definitely remember Salute for next time. Another .3 mile up the road is Seaside Cafe at the Mansion. This wasanother new find. WOW! Lobster pizza that by far the best ever!
