Loved the ambience, the pool area, and view of water. Tv did not work at first, but was fixed within 30 minutes. Guest staff was very nice. Size of room and view was lovely, but bathroom door was damaged in corner and keurig/type coffee pot did not work. Thought resort fees were high.

LOVE the cmas and cuban decor, kind staff (shoutout to Nick at the pool, Joe the hardworking DJ and the helpful bartender, Vlad), shuttle to airport and downtown, good food and drinks. Great place all around! Comfy bed and pillows in our renovated room. They charge a 1% credit card fee, but that seems common in Key West. Bring lots of cash!

This is the first time I’ve stayed at the Havana cabana and definitely will be back! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room that we stayed in was perfectly clean, easy access to the pool area, which was made up for Christmas, which was overly exciting for all of us. Bartenders were very helpful and drinks were good. On site food from the food truck was amazing. I cannot say enough about this place. We will definitely be back.
