Booked an ocean front room, and woke up with a cruise ship obstructing our view. Restaurant on resort was closed due to construction, and was not cimmunicated

The property is undergoing a renovation. Our room was directly adjacent and above the renovation and the noise from the pounding of sheet metal and concrete was unrelenting during the day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This should have been disclosed on the expedia website. The good news is that the staff made an adjustment to our bill, which was truly a class act and very considerate.

We did not like that there was no elevator in the parking garage, however that is just a lesson learned, but we had a stroller that was not easy to take the stairs. We loved the breakfast in the tent, it was a nice touch and real eggs were a bonus. The bottled water in the room and lobby were a nice touch.

It was terrible. First the shower room ceiling was leaking. The water raining from the ceiling. After we strongly requested to change room, we were changed to a first floor , one bed and one sofa bed. We booked two queen bed. After opening the sofa bed, disgusting things on the bed. These whole thing ruined our Christmas holiday.

Staff and the views were great. The rooms and adjacent amenities are a bit run down. We were here 9 years ago and the facilities are showing their age. For $550-$749 a night, depending on the night, the towels should not have holes in them.

Everything was wonderful. Central location on the water with epic sunsets. Sometimes a cruise ship blocks your view... and the pool bar was under construction, but otherwise, amazing. The room turn down service was top notch.
