Perfectly Paradise!
The penthouse was even more beautiful in person than shown in the photos! The view of the water was amazing, and there was plenty of space inside and on the (huge) balcony for me and my family to relax. Having access to the pool and private beach were also highlights, and it is conveniently located near Smathers Beach! The owners had everything setup and ready for us, and we had the best time! We will definitely be coming back!

The check-in process was quick and painless, even though we didn’t arrive until after midnight. The property was quiet, and clean. The condo itself was spotless, it had all necessary amenities and a great view as well! The spot was very close to Duval St, within walking distance of a nice beach - overall, it was perfectly positioned for tourists!

The location and property were wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on our down time and late afternoons. The parking garage was perfect, especially on our rainy days. The condo is equipped with full kitchen, laundry, bar area( glassware)and beautiful balcony! We would definitely stay here in the future!

We enjoyed it very much. Condo was clean, roomy, and had a great view of the ocean. Pool was great as well; we enjoyed it very much. Went to Duvall St. to get a feel for the island, since we hadn't been here since 2010. All in all. we had a great time.
