Exactly as described!! Smaller rooms are perfect for sleeping and showering. Which is all they should be used for in Key West!! Pool area is nice and clean, very well taken care of. Will definitely return❤️

Small room but clean. Shower setup was extremely tight and the design required towels on the floor to prevent the rest of the bathroom from getting completely wet. They have a smallish but nice pool and sun deck and although I didn’t use them they had a lot of bicycles for cruising around. Full kitchen if you want to cook in and a decent sized tv with good choice of channels. A few blocks off of the busy area. When I was leaving I noticed some really nice new washers and dryers off of the pool area. I assume those can be used as well.

Ok so first off, I did not receive the info to check in/the wifi info prior to arriving. I needed to call the property owner directly, as I reached out through the Expedia app and still haven’t received a response a day later. More importantly, there was a big COCKROACH in the kitchen cabinet! Very nasty. I will say that the property manager was very nice on the phone and was able to provide the info to enter over the phone, but still this was a stressful experience. Also, there is a sign showing what is recyclable, but no recycling bin was provided. Parking was easy right out front.

I texted them early in the day with no response (they didn’t answer the phones either. Then when we got there I tried calling (and texting) it took 3 calls to get a hold of them….so I would just suggest stepping up the communication…… Otherwise everything was as expected and up to par.

The space was small, but worked well for our 2 night stay. Duval street is close by and easily walkable, as is The Southernmost Point, The Little White House, Hemingway Museum, and all kinds of restaurants/bars/coffee shops. The bonus is, it's just far enough to not have the noise, crowds, and parking issues associated with Duval St; so when you're done with your day you can relax in quiet. The pool was nice and the building/room/surrounding ls were very clean. We easily found parking right in front of the building.

The property is in need of a make over. There was a foul smell in the pool area. The front door going into the property didn’t have a lock. The pictures in Expedia are very misleading. The unit we were in had a very small living room area and when the sofa bed was pulled out it was difficult to move around the area. The air conditioner in the bedroom stopped working by the end of the week. I would never recommend this room especially at the price we paid.

Good location on quiet street. Friendly staff who did take care of a need when asked. My only gripe is we got to Key West 4 hours before checkin. I did not expect to get in the room then but was told they would let me know when it was ready and we could get in. 3.5 hours later and the cleaning crew long gone I had to contact again. We were let in then but i don't see why we could not have gotten in earlier.
