"A unique place to stay that really ticked the boxes - I stayed as part of a group and each of us enjoyed the experience, the birds, meerkats, tortoises & reptiles adding to an amazing stay! The bird show (included in price) was good and the staff extremely knowledgeable - the self contained rooms were very clean & comfortable and having a kitchenette with fridge/toaster etc was perfect, the en-suite shower room was large & again very clean - highly recommend a stay here!"

"Overnight stay, property was very modern and the room was excellent although we were disappointed that it wasn’t a king size bed as I had booked, it was 2 single beds pushed together. Communication was done through an intercom as there was nobody at reception which wasn’t ideal as it was only when we overheard another couple on talking on the intercom that we realised it was an extra £5 to park at the property car park. On leaving again nobody on the reception so we had no idea where to leave...

Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. A code for the key safe was e-mailed and sent via text at 1pm of day of arrival, but we had no notice that this was to be the process and we had to chase...
