This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with beautiful slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has cubbies above mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony. Take in the slope views while enjoying a cup of coffee and watch the skiers on River Run.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats five. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and beautiful views.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Great Trip
This unit was exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, had a good view of the slopes and was a great location (short walk to gondola and village. The building itself was well maintained and quiet even on New Year's Eve. Was also nice to have indoor parking in the garage. Will definitely be back.

Good location and parking garage. Well equipped, clean condo with plenty of hooks and storage. Construction out the front window started at 7AM. That was our only complaint. Checked skis overnight at gondola for an easy walk to ski each morning. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, we liked the location, as we were able to walk to Keystone Village as needed and it was within a reasonable driving range of the activities we wanted to do. In terms of the unit itself, the dishwasher needs to be replaced, as it is outdated and did not work when we tried to run it before we left. The curtains leading out to the balcony seem to be missing a panel and they were falling off the rods. Finally, the windows in the living area wouldn’t close and the red couch was heavily stained. The bedroom and the bathroom were fine and we appreciated the fan.

It needs kitchen updating as the microwave is cracked and the other appliances are dated. The shower was cold water and half of the batchroom lights were out(shower dark). Then the property hot tub and the pool were cold and the steam room/sauna was out of order. Last the fitness center doesn't open until 8:00 am.

Great view-not very clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect location for a weekend getaway, with the ski slopes right out the window. The condo itself was a little unpleasant however. The couch is very stained and we had a hard time sleeping on it because it was gross. The cleanliness of the condo was the largest issue, the wash cloths were not just stained but not clean and visibly dirty. There were not enough towels in the room and the hot tub ran out of towels both days. The dishes were not clean either, we had to re wash them all before using them. This condo is great if your expectations are low and if you are just here for the view, the location is great. The cleanliness was just not great. Last, be very careful when you sign the rental agreement, I agreed to insurance I had no idea about ($50) and it is easy to do because you must sign each page before renting. So read it carefully!
