Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and 2 parking spaces—1 assigned spot in the shared garage (garage height 6’9”) and 1 unassigned spot in the shared, uncovered, parking lot. Guests will also have access to a private secure ski locker and shared HOA amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and sauna.
The Neighborhood:
This home offers a prime location in the heart of Keystone, with easy access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. Take a 3-minute drive to reach the River Run Gondola to ride up Dercum Mountain or take the Peru Express Ski Lift (0.25 mi) and Argentine Lifts, putting you just moments away from the slopes. After a day on the mountain, enjoy the area’s lodges, entertainment, restaurants, cafés, and breweries.
During the summer, stroll along the scenic Snake River, hike at Keystone Gulch, or play a round at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to visit the nearby communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, both less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, with its amphitheater and marina, makes for a scenic outing, while the Outlets at Silverthorne offer great shopping.

If you’re driving, Keystone’s main attractions are within 10 minutes. In winter, take a quick 3-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for outstanding skiing. In the summer, visit the nearby Keystone Gulch Trailhead, just 5 minutes away, for scenic hiking. Additionally, several renowned ski resorts, including Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin, are within a 30-minute drive.
For nearby mountain towns, Dillon is only 10 minutes away, Silverthorne is 13 minutes, and Frisco is an 18-minute drive.

The Summit Stage bus is a free public transit service within Summit County, Colorado and available to all. The Summit Stage pickup location is on Highway 6 in front of The Goat Soup and Whiskey Tavern (that bar is in the same parking lot as the Ski Run Condos).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
