Girls Trip (In a Yurt)

"Me and a group of friends rented this Yurt for a little hiking weekend trip! The yurt was really nice and the property was beautiful. Justin provided a sled to us to help trek our stuff up and it was really helpful! The only issue we had during the trip was with parking. We parked about 100ft from the no parking sign but then received a text when we got back down in the morning that parking authorities didn’t like us parking there. Justin handled the situation great! The wood stove was super nice (a bit hard to get going in the cold temps) but nice and warm after! "

"Never did a VRBO before but as it turns out this was perfect for our stay. It was near all the areas we wanted to visit during our stay. Access to the property was easy and the area was very quiet. We will definitely consider this again in the future."

Cozy Cabin in the White Mountains of Maine

"lovely remote cabin ; lots of trees, quiet. We enjoyed seeing the horses on our way in! Really appreciated being able to bring our dog. Very comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen, AC kept entire house cool. The layout of the cabin allows for some privacy and quiet , which is very nice. Some games and books in living room ; (the upstairs has a high ridge in the middle, and then a fairly low ceiling.) Worked fine for our young adult daughter, who is 5 ft. 7 inches. (the bed is placed under the highest point.) Be prepared that this area, in general, is iffy on WIFI; suggest bringing paper maps as well. My husband was able to use his phone and the screen there to work, although it couldn't sustain the actual online meeting for very long, so he defaulted to chat and phone hook-up. Very helpful hosts."

Dog-friendly log cabin on 44 acres with woodstove & porch, near lakes/skiing

Great retreat but a little deceptive

"Overall we had a great time. The home fit our needs and was great base for our weekend away. We would happily return again. The bad. The cleaning left a fair bit to be desired. The A/Cs had tons of black mildew in the vents and needed to be cleaned. Additional the tub had a layer of scum and dog hair in it. The biggest let down though was the '4' bedrooms. Two of the rooms were an oddly shaped room with a curtain as a divider. It offered no privacy between the 'rooms' and allowed light and noise through. The good. The kitchen and grill were new and made cooking at home a breaze. The house was well provisioned and we had everything we needed. Overall would we had a great time but were a bit disappointed with the deception of the rooms."

Safe place

"I stayed here with my 8 year old grandson. We were comfortable and felt safe. I was concerned before I got there about feeling safe. The treehouse is up the hill from the office and the owners live there by the office and work hard at keeping the property safe and well groomed. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable."
